Ron’s practice is a mix of transactional work and litigation. Ron began his legal career as an associate in the Law Firm of Arthur J. Crowley, emphasizing complex federal and state litigation, business and domestic relations. He became a name partner in the firm of Crowley, Lebow & Cuneo and worked in the firm for 11 years, representing individuals and companies in the field of entertainment, sports, banking, automotive, medical and other fields. Ron left to form his own firm, the Law Offices of Ronald M. Lebow, where he has continued his practice emphasizing the areas of entertainment, business and family law for over seventeen years. Throughout his practice, the law firm has received the highest ranking of AV by Martindale Hubbell.
Ron’s transactional expertise includes intellectual property licensing contracts; non-disclosure and non-competition contracts; company formation, financing, and acquisition documents; film development, production, and distribution contracts; film and television actor, writer, director, and producer employment contracts; and music industry contracts. His litigation experience includes litigation in the areas of unfair competition, unfair business practices, copyrights, entertainment, breach of contract, and a variety of torts, as well as all aspects of family law.
